What payment methods do you accept?We accept multiple payment methods: You can pay via the website with your bank card. Pay via Revolut to ID: philommqav or phone number: 0747382892 Or, you can pay cash when you come to class. If you choose to pay via Revolut, we kindly ask you to send us a screenshot of the proof of payment so we can activate your card. You will receive an invoice only when you pay through the site.

Do you offer any discounts for first-time students?Yes, we do! Check the email you receive after signing up and you will find the code for a discounted Moon membership.

How can I buy a gift card for a friend?Super easy, just go to Gift card and fill in the necessary information. We'll take care of the rest.

How can I book a spot without a membership?You can: Pay the full price of the class in person. Our system allows you to select this option. Buy through Revolut and send us a screenshot confirmation to activate your membership or to mark your attendance in class. Note that this may take a while. Unfortunately, you cannot choose to pay for a membership with cash on our site. But, you can select to pay for the class in person. When you get to class, tell your teacher you'd like to buy a membership and they will add it to your account.

What is included in my membership?With a membership, the price of a class goes down. For example, the regular price of a class is 70 RON, with a Jupiter card you actually only pay 48 RON per class (580 / 12 = 48) for 3 months. You have the ability to join any of our classes, no matter if they are Aerial Silk, Stretching, Pole Flow, or anything else. You also get access to photos and videos of the moves you learn during classes. This applies to all memberships except Galaxy.

I don't know which class to join, which membership should I pick?No worries, just get the tryout card - Galaxy and you can come to try any 3 of our classes. For example, you can pick 1 Pole, 1 Silk and 1 Hammock. Or you can pay for a single class both in person or online to come check it out. What if I buy a membership and the classes are always full?If this happens, you can join our Open Training classes where you can learn anything you missed. Also, depending on the case, you can reach out to us and we will gladly extend your membership for free.

Why are the Moon and Venus memberships valid for 5 weeks?Most of our students are women and due to the way our body works we know we have that one week a month in which we won't be able to do much but rest. That's why we've added an extra week, so you don't have to miss out on one of the classes just because you're not feeling 100%.

Can I share a membership with someone?Unfortunately, no. Your membership is your own and is tied to your Onensa account here on our website.

I won't be able to join classes for a while, can I freeze my membership?Yes, you can. but please keep the following in mind: You need to freeze it for a minimum of 1 week. You can only freeze your active membership 1 time. You need to write us a message and we will freeze your membership for up to 6 months, for free.

What if I need to cancel a booked spot?You can cancel or reschedule your spot on your own at any time, as long as it is 24 hours before the class. Otherwise, you will lose one class off of your membership, or the money you paid.

Can I use my membership for photoshoots or workshops?Unfortunately, workshops and photoshoots are priced differently than regular classes so you'll have to pay separately for them. But we do occasionally offer discounts for our students.

My company can pay for a sports membership can you offer an invoice?Yes! Reach out to us and we'll ask you for your company's details. Once we have them we will make an invoice for your company that you can send back to them. Once we get the payment confirmation, we'll assign you your membership. Please note that we do not currently accept 7card or any other similar sports cards.
